Turtle Wood Designs is capable of designing any panel placards that you may need. All we require is a detailed blueprint in which to work from and your choice of colors and fonts.

If you would like us to predrill a hole pattern, we ask that you send us a full size paper template to insure accuracy.

Placards are laser engraved from 1/8" thick plastic and come complet with a very high bond adhesive peel and stick backing.

Standard color choices are:
1. Black background with White letters
2. White background with Black letters
3. Red background with White letters
4. Blue background with White letters

Standard Fonts:
1. Ariel (Recommended)(Straight or Italics)
2. Ariel Black
3. Sans Serif

Travel Chocks are constructed of solid Hard Maple.
They are custom engraved on top and front to your
specifications. Weight of one pair is approximately 4 ounces.

Easily fit under the wheel pants of your RV.

Keychain included

The "Gear Leg Siffeners" we make (Vans' SK-75) are constructed of pine moulding as suggested in the plans. The Stiffeners act as a vibration inhibitor. Stiffeners also benefit the aircraft by stiffening the round gear leg. This reduces the bounce factor if the airplane is flared a bit high in the landing.
the stiffeners also make a great place to mount the com antenna.
The Masking tape in the photo at left is a temporary hold for the brake line.

Turtle Wood Designs constructs a simple removable center console. The Console serves as a great place to store any small items that you may need to access easily. We construct the unit to fit between the seats and rest against the flap motor housing. I personally don't use any fasteners or Velcro to hold the console in place.
The Console is constructed of 1/4" cabinet grade plywood, glued and stapled. We now only construct the Console and ship as an UNFINISHED unit. The Console kit includes the main case, cover insert, cover and padding.
